Integrated production line includes single head hot filling machine and large cooling tunnel. Specially for hot filling high temperature materials like honey, plant syrup, cosmetic wax, hot oil, hair removal wax. After hot filling, bottles enter tunnel for fast low-temperature solidification and cooling, full automatic conveyor operation, high production efficiency.

This complete automatic production line combines single head hot filling equipment and industrial refrigeration cooling tunnel, customized for high-temperature hot filling industry.Many raw materials such as honey, syrup, cosmetic wax, depilatory wax, essential hot oil need to be kept liquid under high temperature during filling, and rapidly cooled and solidified after filling. This integrated line realizes automatic bottle feeding, constant temperature hot filling, conveyor transportation, tunnel rapid cooling and finished bottle output, fully automatic continuous production, greatly saving manual operation.
