200L fixed vacuum homogenizer is stationary integrated structure with jacket electric heating/cooling system, designed for medium batch cosmetic, pharmaceutical ointment and toothpaste production. • Full Teflon wall scraping stirring + bottom high-shear homogenizer, material emulsified under vacuum to eliminate air bubble and get fine smooth paste without grain; • Product contact part adopts SUS316 stainless steel complying with GMP standard, tank outer body SUS304; • PLC touch screen control to set temperature, stirring speed, homogenizer frequency automatically; • Fixed tank design with bottom outlet valve for convenient finished material discharging.

Product Description

It is suitable for mixing pots with a capacity of less than 200L as a platform-less mixing pot. The machine is equipped with movable belt wheels for easy movement.

The single layer can be made heatable or unheated as required, with or without homogenization.
