This 10000L steam heating mixing tank is designed for large‑batch liquid production in daily chemical industry. The machine is fitted with high‑efficiency bottom homogenizer and main stirring system to realize fast mixing and homogenizing for high volume liquid materials.
Material contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel, inner surface fine polishing conforms to GMP standard. Steam jacket heating mode provides stable and even temperature control. It is widely used for producing detergent, laundry liquid, liquid soap and other bulk cosmetic raw materials.
We support custom options including tank volume, material grade, CIP cleaning structure, outlet type and control cabinet mode. The whole set machine can match with filling and conveying system for complete production line. Strict quality inspection will be carried out before shipment.
