SPX-M700 mobile electric heating mixing tank is movable liquid blending equipment for daily chemical production. Equipped with four heavy-duty brake casters, it can freely shift between production areas without fixed installation. All parts contacting materials adopt SUS316 stainless steel with mirror polishing to meet GMP sanitary standards. Adopting double jacket electric heating design, temperature can be adjusted from room temperature to 90°C, matched variable frequency anchor stirrer for uniform mixing of low and medium viscosity liquids. Widely used to produce shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, liquid soap and cosmetic lotion. Simple control panel and bottom discharge valve greatly simplify material transfer and daily cleaning.

Equipped with four heavy-duty brake casters, the whole tank can move freely in the workshop without fixed foundation installation. Double-layer jacket electric heating structure supports temperature adjustment from room temperature to 90℃. All liquid contact parts adopt food-grade stainless steel, mirror polishing, easy to clean and no material residue, fully comply with GMP production standards.
