Product overview
This SIPUXIN 500L mobile mixing tank adopts paddle stirring structure. Fitted with heavy-duty universal casters, the tank can be moved flexibly between different production stations, which saves transfer time for raw materials and finished materials.
The tank body and material contact parts are stainless steel. We provide SUS304 or SUS316L options to meet different sanitary requirements for food, daily chemicals and cosmetics. The paddle agitator realizes uniform circulation mixing for liquids and low-viscosity mixtures, avoiding material precipitation and stratification.
It is equipped with speed regulating motor. The stirring speed can be adjusted according to your formula demand. The top cover can be opened for feeding and inspection. The discharge outlet at the bottom is convenient for material release.
This mobile stirring pot features simple structure, stable running and low maintenance cost. It can be used independently or matched with emulsifiers, filling machines and other equipment in the production line. Customized options such as heating jacket, sealed lid and liquid level sensor are available.
