Structural Detailed Description
1. Label Reel Feeding Assembly
Install label roll on the side holder; stepping motor drives traction roller to deliver labels steadily, label sensor detects gap to control fixed-length discharging, prevent missing & wasting labels.
2. Corner Folding Press Mechanism
Red pressing roller + flexible folding structure, after top labeling, roller bends label along box edge to complete side sticking, realize neat L-type corner wrap without bubble or warping.
3. Touch Screen Control System
Built-in color touch panel, adjust label length, feeding speed and production count directly; with counting function, easy parameter setting for different label sizes.
4. Desktop Machine Frame
Compact black coated metal frame + stainless steel working platform, small footprint, convenient to place on production table for offline or inline matching.
