Be applicable to rectangular, square, round and flat bottles in double side labeling. 2.The independently shape structure is designed specially and independently to label irregular bottle in cosmetic industry, the optional air driving and roller labeling set can label round bottle precisely. 3.The shape belt can be inclined, and the labeling head can be adjusted at eight orientations, so the machine can be adjusted successfully in several minutes for any bottles. 4.The machine apply the famous serve motor, so it realizes real closed loop controlling and it avoids the phenomenon of the ordinary stepper motor, high-precision refinement, built-insoute encoder, all this is designed to improve the accuracy.

PLC Control Panel.

 PLC Control Panel is used to control the work of the various electrical appliances of the entire labeling machine. Its working principle: the external signal is input to the PLC, the control center sends out the control signal after analysis and processing, and the motor rotates to rotate the traction mechanism, so as to realize the traction of the label bottom paper, and the label is sent out and adhered to the surface to be attached.. 

Electric Eye.

 When the labeling object is sensed by the detection sensor, the labeling servo motor on the movement starts, and the machine peels off the label and attaches it to the surface of the object. At the same time, the delivery motor starts to work until the slider slides to a certain position and then stops. The label photo electricity senses the interval between each label on the label roll and controls the motor to stop, thereby controlling the machine to stop the label output.. 

Roll Paste Device.

 It is mainly used to combine the label with the bottle body more closely. It is composed of a sponge board and a rolling tape. The sponge board is stationary. The rolling tape is driven by a rolling motor, and the round bottle is rubbed to make the round bottle purely rolling. Make the self-adhesive label closely stick to the round bottle. 

Conveyor belt.

 Conveyor belt is used to drive the products to be labeled into the labeling area and send the labeled products out of the labeling area. Linear continuous feeding, stable operation; with reminding and warning function, failure can automatically alarm, easy to maintain.. 

Air filter.

It is used to filter the water carried in the compressed gas, isolate the water vapor from the air by filtering the oil, and then store the water vapor in the water storage reservoir. Therefore, it is necessary to release the accumulated water every day when using it. It has its own pressure display and air pressure adjustment. It is a kind of protection device to prevent water vapor from flowing into the cylinder, causing water accumulation and blocking the cylinder.
