Our semi-automatic constant temperature filling machine is a dedicated piston filler for temperature-sensitive viscous materials. Integrated heating insulation hopper and built-in stirring device keep wax, body butter, lip balm, honey and ointment fluid during filling, solving solidification and blockage problems effectively. All material contact components adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with cosmetic GMP production standards.

Perfect for filling all hot high-viscosity products: cosmetic cream, body butter, lip gloss, hair wax, beeswax, medical ointment, chocolate paste and so on, widely used in cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food small production lines.
