This complete automatic granule packing line consists of Z-type bucket elevator feeder, 4-head linear weigher and 520 model back-seal vertical packaging machine. It realizes fully automatic working flow from material lifting, precise weighing, bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting to finished bag output. Equipped with PLC touch screen control system, stainless steel 304 body and high-precision load cell sensors, it can pack various granular materials into back-seal pillow bags with stable weighing accuracy. Widely used for food, daily chemical and hardware small parts packaging, suitable for small and medium output production workshops.

Usage and Application

Usage 

The Z-type elevator lifts raw materials up to the 4-head linear weigher automatically; the linear weigher finishes high-precision quantitative weighing by multi-head sensor combination; then the 520 vertical packing machine finishes bag forming, material filling, back sealing and cutting in one continuous process. All parameters are set via PLC touch screen, one worker can operate the whole line, saving labor cost.
