Mixing system
the mixing system consists of inter fix paddle,scrapper mixer and clockwise direction blender,which the retation speed can reach 63 times per minute.and the perfect mixing result increase the mixing efficiency and performance,as well as heating efficiency.
The water tank and fuel tank are pretreated by electric heating and stirring. On the one hand, it is to microprocess the material which is difficult to dissolve. The other is to reduce damage to the main pot.
Use safe,non-slip oilproot and waterproot operating platform to protect the safety of workers. To ensure that workers have access to the tank for easy handling and dumping of materials.
Heating and cooling system
Generally there are two ways of heating ：electric heating and steam heating for your option；
Preparation before using electric heating ：
*Ensure the jacket of tank has enough water or conductive oil ；
*Setting temperature ,Set the temperature you request to heat ；
*Ensure the exhaust of the jacket is opened ；
* After filling water or conductive oil in the jacket ，Check if the connection of heating tube has leakage ；
Warning :
* Please note, heating tube will be burnt out when user turn on the heating tube heating while there is not water or conductive in the jacket.
When heating tube is burnt out, it turns black, need to change the heating tube in case effect production .
* When changing the heating tube，please make sure the wires compacted ,the wires should not be bifurcated ,otherwise the end of wire will be possibly burnt through due to electric short circuit, if there is conductive oil in the jacket ，even will makes an ignition or leakage ；
