It is specially designed for powder materials used in hair care products, both free-flowing and poor-flowing powder, such as hair bleaching powder, hair dye powder, scalp care powder, etc. 2. Main body adopts stainless steel construction (except motor and tripod). The hanging material bin can be quickly disassembled and cleaned without any tools. 3. Replaceable spiral auger accessories, adaptable for materials ranging from ultra-fine powder to small granular hair care powders. 4. Optional functional design: Centrifugal device can be installed at outlet for good-flow materials to guarantee filling accuracy; dust suction device is available for dusty hair powder to collect back-spraying powder. 5. Two working modes optional to meet different precision requirements: ◦ Mode 1: Screw feeding host standalone. Adopts volume metering principle. Accurate discharging can be realized by replacing screws of different diameters and adjusting screw rotation turns. ◦ Mode 2: Combined with electronic weighing scale. It uses weighing feedback control. The scale monitors real-time discharging weight and adjusts screw speed automatically to achieve high filling precision.
