Our automatic double‑head constant temperature filling machine is specially developed for high‑viscosity materials that are easy to solidify at room temperature. It integrates heating, constant temperature storage and automatic quantitative filling, greatly improving production efficiency for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and daily‑chemical factories.
Equipped with two filling nozzles, this machine realizes double‑station filling. The built‑in constant temperature heating system keeps material temperature stable within 30‑90℃, preventing wax, ointment and thick cream from solidifying and blocking nozzles during continuous production.
All parts contacting materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, SUS316L is optional. It meets GMP hygiene standard, easy to disassemble and clean. The piston filling structure ensures high filling accuracy, anti‑drip nozzle avoids material waste and keeps workshop clean.
Operators can set filling volume, temperature and running parameters on touch‑screen control panel. Filling range is 50‑1000ml, easy adjustment for different products and containers. It can work alone or connect with other machines to form an automatic filling production line.
