This 10-ton vertical stainless steel storage tank is specially customized for corrosive bleach and chemical liquid storage, two material grades optional: standard SUS304 and corrosion-proof SUS316L. It is pre-installed high-frequency radar level gauge for automatic real-time liquid level monitoring, widely used in chemical & daily chemical factory bulk raw material storage.
Tank Body Construction
• Capacity: Rated storage load 10 tons, effective volume adjustable according to bleach density.
• Material: SUS304 for general mild corrosive liquid; SUS316L preferred for long-term bleach storage against chemical erosion; tank interior mirror polished for anti-adhesion & easy wash.
• Optional jacket insulation layer to keep stored liquid stable under extreme ambient temperature.
• Fittings: Anti-corrosion stainless steel inlet/outlet ball valves, bottom drain nozzle for full tank emptying; reinforced support legs for stable field installation.
Radar Level Gauge System
Non-contact radar transmitter fixed on tank top without touching stored bleach, well protected from liquid corrosion. It continuously detects real-time liquid height inside tank with digital readout, effectively prevent overflow or dry tank failure; available for remote signal output to centralized control system to reduce regular manual measuring cost.
