Machine Detail

Features:
1. The two-layer design of the hopper and the discharge tube of the cylinder is electrically heated with water heating to keep the temperature, and the temperature can be set according to the needs.
2. The hopper is equipped with paddle mixing system, the speed of which can be adjusted.
3. Pneumatic filling is controlled by compressed air, so it is especially suitable for use in environments with explosion-proof requirements and humidity, with high safety.
4. The up and down movement of the cylinder drives the piston in the material cylinder to reciprocate, so that the front cavity of the material cylinder generates negative pressure. When the cylinder moves downward, the piston is pulled downward, and the front cavity of the material cylinder generates negative pressure. The material inside is sucked into the cylinder by the atmosphere, and enters the cylinder through the check valve. When the cylinder moves upward, the piston is pushed forward to squeeze the material, and the material enters the empty bottle to be filled through the one-way valve in the discharge connector to complete the filling.
5. High filling accuracy, measurement accuracy ±0.1%, no dripping phenomenon.
6. The screw adjustment is adopted to make the filling volume adjusted accurately.
7. According to actual needs, it can switch freely between "manual" and "automatic" filling status.
