Homogenizer

lmported from the technology from American ROSS Company,theadvanced homogenizer can fully blend mix and decompose the cream raw materials at the high working speed from 0 - 3000 rotation per minute.
Vacuum pump

The vacuum pump connect with the emulsifier, drawing out of the air in the emulsifier to form neagtive pressure and aseptic state ensuring the emulsifier complete the defoaming and material sunction in vacuum state.
Discharge outlet

The discharge outlet which is in contact with the materials, adopts the SUS.316 stainless steel,effectively preventing the high viscous materials from dropping and sticking.
Liquid level flowmeter

Showing the position of the liquid in the container, determining the amount of liquid, and main taining the appropriate amount of fluid circulating in the system.
Dispersing Disc

The dispersing disc is driven by the motor to run at a high speed to achieve the functions of rapid mixing,dissolving,dispersing and refining .
Horizontal motor

When the height of the plant is limited, the horizontal motor needs to be selected.
