Customizable Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer for Toothpaste, Cosmetic Cream and Ointment Production
1. This equipment is specially designed based on the formulation process of cosmetics and ointment products. It consists of an emulsification mixing tank, water phase tank, oil phase tank, homogenization system, vacuum system, and electrical control system, etc. 2. The entire process is carried out under vacuum conditions to prevent the formation of bubbles during high-speed mixing of the materials, and to meet hygiene and aseptic requirements. The entire machine is manufactured in accordance with GMP standards. 3. The polytetrafluoroethylene scraper is suitable for the mixing tank and can remove the viscous substances on the boiler wall. 4. Two sets of dispersers are installed at the top to enhance the motor power more fully and effectively. During the production process, it can fully exert its dispersing effect. 5. The boiler body is welded from three layers of imported steel plates. The used materials are 316/304 stainless steel, and the tank is processed by mirror polishing, which complies with GMP standards.
