Introduction

 This tank is made of PP material (a kind of material with high impact resistance, strong mechanical properties, resistance to various organic solvents and acid and alkali corrosion), the capacity of 100-1000L(can be customized according to customer needs), suitable for the production of disinfectants, toilet cleaning spirit and other irritating products. 

Explosion-Proof Motor

 Because the interior of the machine is stirred by highly corrosive materials, it is easy to cause explosion. This component is designed to prevent explosion in the tank. 
 

Mixing system

 the mixing system consists of  inter fix paddle,scrapper mixer and clockwise direction blender,which the retation  speed can  reach 63 times per minute.and the perfect mixing result increase the mixing efficiency and performance,as well as heating efficiency.
