Function:Pre-heating and pre-mixing the raw material

Cooling pot

When the homogenizer is working,it will generate many heat,so the temperature is very high.

But a cooling pot is added.The cooling water will enter the homogenizer to bring the heat out through the pipe.

So with the help of this cooling pot,the temperature will be lower.

Therefore,the cooling pot is for protecting the homogenizer.

Internal and external circulation pipe(of the homogenizer)

It is internal and external homogenizing. The material at the bottom will be sucked into the pipe by the strong force of the homogenizer.More and more material accumulate,squeezes each other.Then they return to the main pot for next round of mixing and emulsion. So no matter the material is at the top,in the middle or at the bottom.All the material can be mixed and emulsified evenly,no dead corner.
