Q2 What is the working principle of this 200L vacuum emulsifier
A This machine adopts three motor structure. Two motors are installed on tank top. One for low speed overall stirring, another for high speed material dispersion. The bottom homogenizer provides high shear emulsification. All processing is finished under vacuum condition to remove bubbles and avoid material oxidation.

A It is widely used for cosmetic cream, body lotion, facial mask, shampoo, hair conditioner, ointment and other viscous daily chemical or pharmaceutical products.
Q4 What material for parts touching raw materials
A The material contact parts adopt SUS316L stainless steel. Inner tank surface is fine mirror polishing, which meets GMP sanitary standard for cosmetic and medicine production.
Q5 Can I choose heating mode for this machine
A Yes. Both electric heating and steam heating are optional. Please inform us your site condition, we will configure suitable heating solution for you.
Q6 Can you customize machine configuration
A Sure. We support customization for discharging method, vacuum system, control cabinet, observation window and other accessories according to your raw material feature and production requirement.
Q7 How long is the production lead time
A Normally 25‑35 working days for standard 200L vacuum emulsifier. If you need special customized configuration, we will confirm exact lead time after technical discussion.
Q8 What is your payment term
A We usually accept T T payment. 30 percent deposit for production, 70 percent balance before shipment. Other payment methods can be further negotiated.
Q9 Do you provide installation and training service
A We can supply remote online guidance with operation manual and operation videos. We also support sending engineers to customer site for installation commissioning and operator training.
Q10 What about your after sales service
A We provide one year warranty for whole machine except easy worn spare parts. Lifelong technical consultation support is available. When machine has problems you can send pictures or videos, our technical team will give feedback quickly. Spare parts can be supplied at cost price after warranty period.
Q11 What about packing before shipment
A The machine will be wrapped with plastic film and packed in export plywood wooden case to prevent damage during long sea transportation.
