This 200L vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is professional processing equipment for cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.It adopts unique three‑motor structure. Two motors are installed on tank top. One drives low speed agitator for overall material mixing. Another drives high speed disperser to break and disperse raw materials. The bottom homogenizer provides powerful high shear emulsification. The whole tank runs under vacuum condition to remove air bubbles and avoid material oxidation.

All parts touching raw materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel with fine inner polishing, which meets GMP hygiene standard. Jacketed structure supports steam or electric heating for accurate temperature control. It is widely applied to produce face cream, body lotion, shampoo, hair conditioner and medical ointment.

Multiple customizable options are available for customers. You can adjust heating mode, vacuum system, discharging method and control panel according to your actual production requirements. Every machine will go through full function test before delivery. It can work alone or cooperate with peripheral equipment to form a complete production line.
