This 2000L hydraulic lifting vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is built for large‑batch industrial production of cosmetic creams, lotions, pharmaceutical ointments and food sauces.
Fitted with independent oil‑water pots for raw‑material pretreatment, it adopts an external circulation high‑shear emulsifying pump to eliminate mixing dead corners in large tanks for finer, more stable finished products.
Hydraulic lifting facilitates tank inspection and thorough cleaning. All wetted parts are SUS316L mirror‑polished to meet GMP standards. Equipped with wall‑scraping agitator and PLC touch‑screen control, it handles viscosity from 100‑50000 cps. This 2000L hydraulic lifting vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is specially engineered for large‑scale industrial batch production of cosmetic creams, lotions, body butters, pharmaceutical ointments and food sauces. It comes with complete supporting independent oil‑phase and water‑phase pots for raw material pre‑melting and dissolving.

Different from conventional internal homogenizer design, this unit adopts an external circulation high‑shear emulsifying pump. Materials circulate continuously out of the main tank through the pipeline for high‑speed shearing, dispersion and emulsification, then flow back into the main tank. This design effectively eliminates mixing dead zones inside the large‑volume tank, delivers finer particle size, improves product stability and shortens overall processing cycle.

The hydraulic lifting structure enables the upper mixing assembly to lift entirely, bringing great convenience for tank inspection, manual feeding, residue checking and thorough cleaning between batches. Wetted components are manufactured from SUS316L stainless steel with high‑precision mirror polishing, complying with GMP hygiene requirements. Wall‑scraping agitator prevents high‑viscosity materials from sticking to tank walls. Full‑function PLC touch‑screen control realizes automatic heating, cooling, vacuum defoaming, stirring and circulation operation.

What should I do if the hydraulic lifting fails or leaks oil?

A: First cut off the power and stop the operation. Check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal, whether the power circuit of the hydraulic station is faulty, and whether the limit switch is triggered. Oil leakage is mostly caused by aging of the sealing ring, which can be solved by replacing the special hydraulic sealing accessories. It is forbidden to disassemble the hydraulic system privately.
