This 100L hydraulic lifting vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is a medium‑batch production machine designed for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries. Equipped with independent oil‑phase and water‑phase pots, it supports complete raw material pre‑melting, dissolving, vacuum emulsifying, homogenizing and defoaming in one integrated system.

Adopting hydraulic lifting structure, the upper mixing and homogenizing unit can be lifted entirely, making tank cleaning, internal inspection and manual feeding much easier and avoiding cross‑batch contamination. The machine is fitted with a wall scraping agitator and high‑shear bottom homogenizer, ensuring uniform mixing and fine emulsification even for medium and high viscosity materials.

All material contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing to meet GMP hygiene standards. With intelligent PLC touch screen control, users can precisely adjust temperature, stirring speed, homogenizing time and vacuum degree.

Is the lifting speed and height adjustable? Is the operation safe?

A: The lifting stroke is professionally customized for the 2000L tank body with stable and fixed lifting and lowering speed. The equipment is equipped with multiple safety protection devices such as limit switches and anti-falling protection. The hydraulic system runs stably with low noise. It is strictly forbidden to lift the upper cover when the tank is in a vacuum state to avoid equipment failure and safety accidents.

What should I do if the hydraulic lifting fails or leaks oil?

A: First cut off the power and stop the operation. Check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal, whether the power circuit of the hydraulic station is faulty, and whether the limit switch is triggered. Oil leakage is mostly caused by aging of the sealing ring, which can be solved by replacing the special hydraulic sealing accessories. It is forbidden to disassemble the hydraulic system privately.
