Performance

1.The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the inported double-end mechanical seal effect.The maximum emulsifying tatation speed can reach 4,200rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.

2.The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate.The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing,which fully confirms to GMP requirements.

3.According to technological requirements,the tank body can heat or cool the materials.The heating modes mainly include steam heating or electric heating.

Application

Liquid wash mixing pot is a commonly used equipment in the production of cosmetics, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer and other daily chemical enterprises. It mixes and blends the materials thoroughly through the slow stirring of the blades inside the pot, meeting the requirements of the production process. The liquid washing mixing pot can also be equipped with a platform. The control cabinet is designed and installed on the platform, and heating, mixing speed, heating time, etc. are all completed on the same operating plane. The operation is simple and efficient! After the material enters the mixing tank, it is stirred thoroughly and evenly by the adjustable variable speed blade inside the tank. While stirring, the material is heated or cooled by electric heating inside the jacket. And a specific temperature can be set. When the temperature reaches the required level, the heating device will automatically stop heating. When it falls below the set temperature, the heating device will automatically heat up.
